Do You Begin Everyday New?

Loving You always, Betty Lue

February 16, 2013

Each year, each day, each moment is another opportunity to begin again. When we “die daily”, we are choosing to be new again. When we live in the present, we recognize life is free and open for the creating. We can choose to regret and resent or forgive and allow to be here now.

Getting stuck in a behavior that feels bad is a wakeup call. Stopping to analyze why something didn’t work is a wakeup call. Taking a pause in a relationship is a wakeup call. Getting hurt, scared, depressed or obsessed is a wakeup call.

What is the value of waking up? To wakeup is useful to face our mistakes. To wakeup is to look at the dream or nightmare of yesterday, to learn and let go. To wakeup is to forgive the past by erasing it all from our memory and creating today.

When we wakeup grouchy, we complain. When we wakeup frightened, we avoid. When we wakeup unhappy, we feel depressed. When we wakeup angry, we act irritable.

Use yesterday’s dream to learn and let go. Use last night’s nightmare to release unconscious fear. Use old memories to heal with forgiveness. Use the negativity of this morning to exhale and release what was.

Today is a new day. Right now is a new moment. Cleansing what has been will open the canvas for what will be. Flushing the past allows us to choose and digest what is present.

I choose to remember. I choose to forgive. I choose to create. I choose to give. I choose to be Love. I choose to see the Good. I choose to be happy. I choose to see each day anew.

Children are great teachers, until we teach them otherwise. When adults keep bringing up past mistakes, children learn to remember them. When parents and teachers keep track of yesterday’s bad stuff, children learn to hide, defend and avoid it. When we are taught that yesterday’s mistakes are held in our memories, we learn to hang onto the past.

Consider forgiving (Erase with Love). Consider letting it go with each new day. Consider allowing what was to simply to be a faint memory. Consider making new choices everyday, every conversation, every breath.

I am new. My love is renewed. My faith is renewed. I release the past and create today with enthusiasm and gratitude. I AM Love. I create Love. I give and receive the Love I give.

I highly recommend affirmations to clear any misunderstandings you may have about what was. The past is gone. It is not here. I am now here brand new and ready to enjoy today.

Loving you, Betty Lue This is the most powerful cleanser and tool to begin to have the life you really want. Do it for thirty days as a commitment to your own happiness and health.

30 Days to Healing and Seeing things Differently! This exercise has a profound impact on how we see and live our lives. This daily practice will heal and transform your life With continued practice, there will be a spiritual awakening.

Forgiveness heals our perception and gives us Response-Ability. Choice empowers us to Create our Experience Consciously. Gratitude expands what we Choose and increases our Joy.

Daily Practice:

Begin each morning with a pad of lined paper and a pen. Write and say 30 forgivenesses as they come to mind. Simply write “I forgive”…and let the rest just come from within. (No need to understand or feel anything.) I forgive you for being mean. I forgive myself for letting anyone hurt me. I forgive my body’s limitation. I forgive myself for being late. I forgive everything. Make the sound “AAAH” for 1minutes. Imagine that you are opening your mind. Now write and say 30 Choices. I choose to be happy. I choose to be free. I choose to do what I love. I choose to forgive….

In the Evening (before bed) Write and say 30 Gratitudes I appreciate the energy I have. I love being happy. I am grateful I have you in my life. I thank God. Make the sound “OM” the Universal sound for Love and God for 1 minute.

PS Even a few of each is better than none. Do what you can and trust it is working. Even when you are driving to work, you can do this process aloud. The key is your willingness to DO THE WORK!
