Loving you and all in every way I live and give, Betty Lue

Do you trust yourself? Do you free you to be you? Do you live your values? Do you take impeccable care of you?

Trust and Freedom, living in integrity and taking care of you…..This is love. If you cannot love you well, how could you expect someone else to love you really well? Is it possible everyone can only love another, as well as they love themselves? Could it be that you show others how you want them to love you?

When we are judging out past, we are not free to fully trust and love ourselves. When we want someone else to give us the love we have denied ourselves, we may be disappointed. All love comes from the source of love within. When we have not experienced unconditional Love, we may not know how to realize it.

We learn to love ourselves, as our parents love us and love themselves. Much of humanity loves themselves conditionally, so we love others with conditions and expectations. We cannot love another perfectly, when we do not know how. We cannot love others without conditions and expectations, when we do not love ourselves.

All relationships are for healing these conditions and lack of love. When we are patient and forgiving, we can heal our mistaken beliefs and learn to truly love. When we do the work to forgive everyone and ourselves for conditional love, we heal. When we heal and undo our stories of lack, littleness and limitation, we remember Love.

Love, Real Love, is infinite and unlimited. Real love is patient and kind, forgiving and trusting. Real Love allows us to explore and discover our Authentic Self. True Love does not quit and has no end.

Do you love yourself unconditionally? Do you forgive yourself for all mistakes? Do you honestly and openly living your Truth? Do you remember the Love You Are and give it freely?

When you are a safe place for you and others, you will be at peace. When you practice forgiving all errors, you will be consistently happy. When you affirm and accept yourself and all others, you will know unconditional Love. When you remember these things, you return to your natural state of lasting Love.

Love is the lesson we are here to learn. Love is the gift of a forgiving life. Love is the answer to all doubts and questions. Love is the way we live in gratitude.

How To Love Yourself 1. STOP ALL CRITICISM Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to criticize yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody changes. When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When you approve of yourself, your changes are positive. 2. DON’T SCARE YOURSELF Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts. It’s a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you pleasure (mine is yellow roses), and immediately switch your scary thought to a pleasure thought. 3. BE GENTLE AND KIND AND PATIENT Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learn the new ways of thinking. Treat yourself as you would someone you really loved. 4. PRAISE YOURSELF Criticism breaks down the inner spirit. Praise builds it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how well you are doing with every little thing. 5. BE KIND TO YOUR MIND Self hatred is only hating your own thoughts. Don’t hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently change your thoughts. 6. SUPPORT YOURSELF Find ways to support yourself. Reach out to friends and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for help when you need it. 7. BE LOVING TO YOUR NEGATIVES Acknowledge that you created them to fulfill a need. Now you are finding new, positive ways to fulfill those needs. So, lovingly release the old negative patterns. 8. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel does your body need to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about exercise. What kind of exercise can you enjoy? Cherish and revere the temple you live in. 9. MIRROR WORK Look into your eyes often. Express this growing sense of love you have for yourself. Forgive yourself looking into the mirror. Talk to your parents looking into the mirror. Forgive them too. At least once a day say: “I love you, I really love you!” 10. LOVE YOURSELF...DO IT NOW Don’t wait until you get well, or lose the weight, or get the new job, or the new relationship. Begin now, and do the best you can.
