Listen to yourself: Listen to your Mental, Physical and Spiritual Wisdom. Trust Your Self. Stop giving power to the critic, judge, doubters. Respect Your Self. Honor Your whole self with healthy thoughts, word and activities. Love Your Self. Free yourself to live true to your values and Principles and inner guidance.

You are powerful. You are creative. You are helpful. You are Good.

Live in integrity. When we live in integrity with our unique truth, we are strong, loving and capable. You are important. When we recognize that our life has meaning, simply by Being ourselves, we know Peace. Your life is a Gift. When we live in the present and teach with our thoughts, words and deeds, we are Grateful. You are Good. By listening, trusting, respecting and Loving Ourselves, we remember our calling.

When we surrender to the world we see, we become deaf and blind to ourselves. When we are captivated by the many outer voices, we may forget Who We Are. When we lose ourselves in following another’s way, we may ignore or neglect our own calling. When we judge or compare ourselves by others’ standards and beliefs, we may disconnect from Self.

We are here to learn to listen within. We are here to trust and free ourselves. We are here to find and respect our uniqueness. We are here to accept ourselves and others as we truly are.

Love Yourself Well today. Remember Your Truth with all you think and do and say. Be good to Yourself and also to others. Give the Good in you and be grateful for the Good you do.

Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, “Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?” Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that others won’t feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us. It is not just in some of us, it is in everyone, and as we let our own light shine we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
