What Do You Remember?

Selective remembering is truly helpful. Let us remember what has value. Let us remember what heals us. Let us remember what inspires us.

Everyone benefits from positive memories. Can you remember your first times? Do You remember your favorite music? Are aware of what new places you loved?

How about the special people in your life? Do you remember your favorite teacher? Remember who listened to you best? How about when you felt most loved?

Let’s take time today to share your special memories. Write a note or give a call. Send an email or loving reminder. Say a prayer of gratitude and love.

In history, let us remember those who have gone before us. They are the adventurers and pioneers. They are the scientists and inventors. They are the preachers and politicians.

What is your favorite story that feels good? What is your special memory that brings a smile? What are the important people that helped you dream? What are the choices you made to teach you to your best?

What you remember invites more of the same. What you celebrate creates more to enjoy. What you acknowledge brings you more to value. What you honor teaches you to honor yourself.

This is a day we have made to remember. This day invites us to give tribute to those who may have been forgotten. Memorial Day celebrates those who fought for our freedom. So we can use this day to continue to free ourselves..

Remember to free yourself to heal. Free yourself to remember the good. Free yourself from what burdens you. Free yourself to create each new day new.

What you remember determines your thoughts and emotions. Step into each now moment remembering what you value. Choose each morning to invite what you want to be. Live each day remembering to be your best.

Remembering is connecting. Connect with yourself with love. Connect with others with gratitude. Connect with your life by living fully and freely.

Awareness with love and light is healing. Focus on what is good and beautiful and loving right now. Enjoy each helpful, healing and honorable connection. Love the One You are with right Now.

I am loving you! Betty Lue
